Artist Table Policy

Artist tables are reserved for creators selling original work that they have made themselves or fully own the rights to (including copyrights and intellectual property). Commercial merchandise is not allowed at artist tables.

Approved items for artist tables include:

Self-published books and comics
Original artwork and prints
Hand crafted jewelry, armor or other.
Hand sewn plushies, blankets, or clothes.
Independent films (DVD, Blu-ray, or even VHS)
T-Shirts and apparel promoting original works
Custom trading cards
Custom board games
Custom action figures or toys

Gen-AI Ban:

AI-generated slop content and AI-related merchandise is strictly prohibited. All artwork and creative products must be created by humans. As an artist, there should be no excuse for AI-Generated content at your table. If we catch any artists selling suspected AI-Generated merchandise, they may be asked to remove the product or asked to leave without a refund.

Dealer Table Policy

Dealer tables may be used to sell all types of merchandise, including commercially produced items that were not made by the dealer themselves.

Examples include:

Comic books
Action figures
T-Shirts, Apparel
Trading cards
Board games
DVDs, CDs, and Blu-rays

Prohibited Items:
The sale of bootleg materials is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to:

Unauthorized recordings
Bootleg DVDs, Blu-rays, and music
AI Generated Content

Food Vendors:

Food will be provided by the Convention Center Concessions, so most food vendors will not be allowed. Vendors of home made treats such as candies, fudges, and jarred goods may still apply.

Non Related Content:

At this time, we are only accepting vendors who sell collectible merchandise, comics, art, t-shirts, etc.

If your business offers services such as home improvement (e.g. gutters, roofing, windows, siding), TV streaming services, internet plans, or similar non-collectible items, please do not apply.

Gen-AI Ban:
AI-generated slop content and any AI-related merchandise is not allowed. All artwork and creative products must be created by humans. We understand some vendors may accidentally purchase AI Generated supplies or goods, but if we discover it at your table and you were not aware, we will simply ask you to remove the offending item(s). If you refuse to remove AI Generated items, or it is clear you're selling these items despite the ban, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
